Air Operations Management
Apex Flight Operations owns and operates the AOM software suite, which provides
end-to-end management of your aircraft operation. AOM can track aircraft

following without any equipment on board at all!
Available on Windows, smart devices and most browsers, AOM has pre-flight,
in-flight and post-flight functionality that will give you a complete overview of
the aircraft's operation.

AOM License Details
The license model of our Air Operations Management software suite is applied at an aircraft level -
if the aircraft has a currently license then all users that have been granted access to that
aircraft have all the features available to them. There
is no limitation on the number of installations or logins that can use the software
– if the aircraft has been licensed then the functionality will be available in
the software for everyone you have given access to.
All licenses work on a calendar month basis, so will always start on the 1st of
the month. When you first register each aircraft with AOM, you will get
a free starter license which will last the remainder of the current month, plus
one additional month.
